THE LOVE OF A TABLE..

THIS IS THE STORY OF MY HUNT FOR A KITCHEN TABLE , BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE SPACE IT COULD NOT BE MORE THAN 54 INCHES. WELL I HAVE A FAMILY OF 5 AND MY KITCHEN SPACE CAN ONLY FIT A ROUND TABLE. SO I HAVE LOOKED FOR ABOUT A YEAR, NOT WANTING TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY I MOSTLY KEPT TO YARD SALES AND CL,AND THEN ONE DAY IT HAPPENED ,AFTER ABOUT A YEAR THERE IT WAS THE ONE I 'VE WANTED FOR SO LONG, THE PROBLEM WAS SHE WAS ABOUT  3 HOURS DRIVE AWAY. I HAD SEEN THIS TABLE IN A LOCAL STORE FOR 1500.00, I WAS NOT GOING T0 SPEND THAT . I TOLD MY HUBBY ABOUT IT AND HE SAID LET'S MAKE A WEEKEND OUT OF IT ,SO WE WERE OFF NOT ONLY DID WE GET HER BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME AS WELL.
THIS IS THE TOP  KNOTTY PINE VERY RUSTIC.

THE BASE IS WROUGHT IRON
HERE YOU CAN SEE THE FULL EFFECT.

  1. You know I love this Country French look! That table is great with the wrought iron base. I have Provencal chairs like these, only mine came from Pierre Deux. Great minds must think alike!

  5. Just a suggestion. Have you thought about painting the chairs ? Like black , or red or cream and give them an aged treatment. :)
